“Nami” is the Chinese translation from the English word nanometer, a unit of measurement, equal to one million of a millimeter, i.e. one milli- micron, one billionth of a meter, a length of 45 atoms together. The nanostructure means the micro structure of a size less than 100nm.

The nanometer technology is a completely new technology studying the kinetic laws and behaviors of electron, atom and molecule in a scale from 0.10 to 100 nanometers.
